Ugh, it seems my last minute fix to 2.2.2 broke this. Try:
LOGNAME=foobar ./ecanormalize.exe ag2.wav
where foobar is your username. I'll fix this in 2.2.3.

Which version of ecasound? This built process should go through fine on
cygwin with 2.2.2.
Pyecasound is python implementation of the Ecasound Control Interface
(ECI, [1]). It's not needed to run (most) python apps that are using
ecasound for audio processing.
