Btw; as rawmidi is just basic i/o (reading and writing MIDI-bytes),
there's really no benefit from using the ALSA ramidi interface. So either
use ALSA's OSS-rawmidi emulation or set "midi-device = /dev/snd/midiC0D0"
(at least this used to work).
