Which is good as 'command_queue.h' isn't part of the kvutils package
anymore. ;) Looking at the changelog it was removed on 2000-10-17. It was
replaces by object_queue.h and value_queue.h ...

Removing the debug object actually works, but you have to issue the "make
uninstall" in a source directory configured with '--enable-debug' defined.
As most of the uninstall targets are created by autoconf/automake, this
behaviour is not easy to change.
