Make uninstall forgets to remove command_queue.h in kvutils which leads
make uninstall to fail as it is not able to remove $prefix/include/kvutils.
Also, it would be nice if there was a way to uninstall the debug-enabled
versions of ecasound, either with the same "make uninstall" or with a
separate "make uninstall_debug".
