Hmm... I won't like that. Debian would have a separate package called
ladspa-sdk-dev to contain the ladspa.h, which gets automatically pulled in
when building ecasound.
So, if you are building rpms fine, and I'm building debs fine,
I wonder if it's necessary to include ladspa.h in the original
archive at all...
