[ecasound] I also added support for python3

Hello! This is my first message to the list.

I'm relatively new to ecasound; I tried it a very long time ago, but a
few days ago I decided to use it for a new project.

 I did not know about the official repo; I just found about it an hour
ago, while reading the mailing list archive...

I was also not aware that a port to Python3 was already in the making,
and I completed my own today...

So I guess some stars were mostly aligned!

I just created a pull request.
