Hi!
   Use klg:
ecasound -i in.wav -o out.wav -ea:100 -klg:1,0,100,4,0,0,0.8,1,4,1,4.8,0
   Will fade in 0-0.8 from 0 to 100 (0 to 1) and fade out from 4.0-4.8 from 100
to 0 (1 to 0).
   The first 4 means, that you'll use 4 points; 0, 0.8, 4.0, 4.8.
