only thing is missing is adding another '-ea:100':

cop-add -ea:100
ctrl-add -kl:1,0,100,4
cop-add -ea:100
ctrl-add -kl2:1,100,0,10,3

Without this, both envelopes control the same parameter and as a result,
only "-kl2" (i.e. the fade-out) is applied.
