In my case the command lines were of

export LADSPA_PATH=`pwd`/ladspa; ECASOUND=~/AFSWD/install/ecasound-2.4.6.1/binsh/ecasound;$ECASOUND -d -D -i some_file.flac -eli:1010 -eli:1020 -o alsahw,0,0

variety, the variable part was 'file'.

I.e. not Ogg, mp3, just FLAC.
