Hi,
the latest CVS snapshot (20041103) compiles for me on OS X Panther. no
arguments passed to configure:

PASS: stresstest.rb

All 1 tests passed
==================
Making check in ecatools
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `check'.
Making check in Documentation
Making check in users_guide
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `check'.
Making check in programmers_guide
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `check'.
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `check-am'.
Making check in examples
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `check'.
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `check-am'.
