Hello,

I tried compiling ecasound for the first time on a machine today (I have compiled it
before, but not on this machine) and had to

cd kvutils
make install

then it worked

I am building ecasound outside of the source tree location, and envoke with

../ecasound/configure `cat configure.opts`
