These suggest you are using an old version of ecasignalview (2.0, 2.1dev
or even some older version). Check that "ecasignalview --version" reports
the correct version. The 2.2.0- ecasignalview...

- has no -c option (i.e. no separate cumulative-mode)
- definitely has ascii-bar graphics :)

Use of old version would also explain this.
