Subject: [ecasound] change in interpreting MIDI-channel numbers

While testing ecasound's MIDI-subsystem I noticed that ecasound's way of
presenting MIDI-channel numbers with range 0...15 differs from the common
convention of 1...16. So I've now changed this in the CVS-tree.

Only operator affected by this is -km which takes the channel as its
argument. Although this is a very small change code-wise, this has the
potential for breaking old presets and chainsetup files that use -km.
Anyway I think this is something that had to be done. Even the
MIDI-specification recommends that channel numbers should be visible to
musicians as 1...16, so let's not argue with the spec. ;)
