Fixed in CVS. I removed the whole plugin-paths.h. It's not needed anymore
after I learnt how to use autoconf's AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED macro. :)

Also fixed. Thanks for reporting these. I tried the srcdir != objdir
compile a while ago, but as I didn't run "make install" these errors
went unnoticed.
