Hi,

I build ecasound in a different directory than the ecasound directory, and
that is fine except

libecasound/plugin-paths.h is missed in ecasound install-am so I have to
copy build_dir/libecasound/plugin-paths.h over there.

then effect_presets and generic_oscillators is missed by the build
dir. thought you'd like to know.
