Because of the continuing licensing problems, I've now removed ladspa.h
from ecasound distribution package. This change should affect normal
use. From now on you'll just have to make sure that you have LADSPA
SDK (from www.ladspa.org) installed before compiling ecasound. The
binary packages (at least the rpm ones) will also have LADSPA support
enabled.
