i keep it simple and thusly use a gui..ha..
i have a ricoh 7060a which does well in linux..i don't use ecasound at moment ( haven't tried
it "recently" but will ) as it hasn't worked for me in past since I have this arcane (errrrr)
driver from turtlebeach.......it works elsewhere but ecasound not well..darn..
I am at moment using what is callec broadcast 2000 which has been live saver as I'm doing a
singalong for my carpenters group and several submittals have needed mucho degained.ouch..so
those awesome filters DO come in handy.......although frankly i've got a LONGGGGGGG way to go
to understanding how to us them correctly.....:(
i mainly use xcdroast and like very much although i'm trying to figure out how to "name" tracks
i burn...gcombust nor xcdroast or gtoaster none seem to have way of doing this or i haven't
figured out yet..
:)
anyway going to download ecasound try again see if i can multi-track which is what I do mostly
of.
latre all
