epp is a stereo effect, so you first have to 'convert' the wavs to stereo
with erc (I quess they are mono if you -i them as 16,1,...).
The -f specification is used for all i/o's that come after it till it's
changed with another -f. So /dev/dsp is considered 16,1,... in your
command. Something like
ecasound -f:16,1,44100 -b:1024 \
-a:1 -i sound1.wav -erc:1,2 -epp:10 \
-a:2 -i sound2.wav -erc:1,2 -epp:90 \
-f:16,2,44100 -a:all -o /dev/dsp
should work (works for me)
