At least one of the bugs is now fixed. As a short example,

ecasound -a:1 -i null -o null -a:2 -ea:100 -kl:1,0,100,5

... doesn't work with ecasound 1.8.1 and older. If you add -c to the
above, and issue 'ctrl-status' you'll see that -kl didn't get
properly parsed. I'll put the fix in CVS today.
