Hi

I have alsa installed and it works with arecord and aplay properly, but when I try
ecasound -i:thing.wav -o:alsa,0,0
I get
ERROR: [ECA-AUDIO-OBJECTS] : "Format of input alsa not recognized."

ecasound works fine with the OSS emulated devices.
