Well, first of all in eca-control-base.cpp there's a declaration of
ecasound_lockfile which conflicts with the one made in
eca-control-base.h. After this is fixed compilation stops with a
"parse error" message at line 165 in eca-static-object-maps.cpp I
checked quickly but didn't find anything looking odd, but parse
errors often come from earlier errors in the block and I didn't
check too far around...
