Yep, I don't know how I managed to get that many bugs into one single
feature. Anyway, 0.2.2r2 fixes probably most (if not all) cut bugs,
including the one you mention above.

Yup, this is still a problem. Ecawave doesn't handle any input/output
itself, so noticing these situations is not trivial.
