Uhm, I'll fix that 2x 'checking'. Otherwise, I suspect that you don't
have /usr/local/lib in your /etc/ld.so.conf ... this seems to be a common
problem. If this doesn't help, check the output of:
'/sbin/ldconfig -v |grep libecasound'.
