If the link is still valid, you'll find the package at:
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/contrib/libc6/i386/libstdc++-2.95.1_2.10.0-3.i386.rpm
However, just recompiling the ecawave package should be enough. In other
words libstdc++ 2.9.0 is enough for ecasound/ecawave. Unfortunately the various
libstdc++ versions aren't binary-compatible, so you'll have to recompile.
