Here's the script. It's fairly flexible, but the defaults are definitely
biased toward my use for the script. Its inteded use is to
normalize/compress/encode and delete a wav file. Any of those steps can
be disabled on the command line. Also, if anyone has suggestions for
better compression defaults, please send them my way.
