I decided to remove the third parameter to make -kl2
a bit easier to use (and to document :)). So instead of:

> ecasound -i file.wav -o file.wav -ea:100 -kl2:1,100,0,10,2,100

ecasound -i file.wav -o file.wav -ea:100 -kl2:1,100,0,10,2

Does the same thing as before.
