I have some programming experience too but burned out myself with a
resource handling code I programmed last with php and postresql but
started the code with perl and mysql!

I forget things and have some pains in my body so I try and try and get
usually something working! Here is the ecasound command I running and
got out what I liked now but when I added one input for that all levels
dropped very silence(that could happened also before but I'm maybe
cnaged things then without notice it). That's long command and take time
make adds for it but usually I change something every time I use it! It
get for me 1. vocal 2. vocal 3. guitar 4. bass 5. drum and give stereo
output to wav file and mono to monitor speaker I'm using! When I was put
the 6. input for a vocal some problems happened I tried explain before!
I know many things is wrong in my command but I'm just the dreamer and
I'm used the Ecasound only so short time now! With the command I got
just little time ago out a recording like this:
http://youtu.be/dLd9ayzBqgY so at the moment I'm making a band! I have
no the wav file online but I can put it if it's necessary for someone!

I checked the web page but I need little time find out! I see I'm
installed that Nama in my debian system already but I'm not tested it
yet! Quickly that seem to be great! I moved to Ecasound just for test
mixing with it and left my mixer unit out from my setup! Also I found
out some effects can use with the Ecasound! I'm not sure is the Ecasound
enough stable for use as live in band working but with my style little
problems is more than everyday happenings! Anyway the audio quality is
for me much better than trough by the external mixer's output and I got
those gate and few more things working I have no enough money and space
use by external units at them moment!
