[ecasound] admin: eca.cx IP address will change

Hello all,

I just got a notice from the web hosting company that IP address of eca.cx
web server will change (old 80.81.165.243, new 94.199.56.43). So in case
you experience some problems with reaching eca.cx, this most probably
explains why. Please let me know if the problems persist.

PS I've added a temporary record of "oldwww.eca.cx" pointing to
    the old IP address, just in case...
