ok, this is now implemented:

-eadb:gain-dB[,channel]
Adjusts signal level by 'gain-dB', with a gain of 0dB having
no effect to the signal. The 'channel' parameter (1...n) is
optional. If 'channel' parameter is specified, and its value is
nonzero, gain is only applied to the given channel (1...n).
