If you changed level with -ea:50, it's natural, that you need to do a
-ea:200 to get to full volume again. At least when you have -z:mixmode,sum
(for more than one chain):
The calculation is:
100% * 0.5 (50%) = 50% * 2.0 (200%) = 100%
Nothing too strange there.
