[ecasound] Small install problem...

Hello!
   I had a small install problem with the latest git. The ecasound manual was
obviously not built. At least it told me, that it couldn't install
ecasound.1
   No big deal for me, but would you have an explanation for it? Is it my
fault? Should I get the output of "gmake install"?
