do you get the same error with the just released 2.4.5?

If yes, which platfrom/gcc? Comparing float values is sometimes tricky
business, so one gets odd errors like this from time to time. The codebase
generally avoids any direct comparisons on floats, but bugs are possible
I'm afraid.
