[ecasound] option "-t:seconds"

Hello.

If I set value "10" for option "-t:", then duration of processing time
actually takes 5 seconds.
If I set value "20" for "-t:", then duration actually takes 10 seconds.

ecasound v2.4.4, FreeBSD 4.11-RELEASE.
