[ecasound] .spec file for i586 and x86_64 on SuSE 10.0

        Hi!

    Please find attached some slight modifications that were required to use
the ecasound.spec for configuring and compiling ecasound with rpmbuild under
SuSE Linux 10.0 on the i586 and x86_64 platforms (successfully tested on
both). The patch is against version 2.4.3.

Here are a few comments regarding the changes:
*) The "--libdir=%{_libdir}" switch is required on x86_64 to select "lib64"
for installation instead of "lib".
*) Without "--with-pic" I got an error message on x86_64, explicitly requiring
to recompile the library with PIC. I'm not sure about the performance
implications of this, however.
*) "%{_bindir}/ecalength" was missing.
*) Added the "%dir" keyword to remove errors about files listed twice.
