[ecasound] ecasignalview for midi parameters

Hello,

My Ecasound setup is working like a charm, all manageable by midi. I
really feel working professionnaly now :) thanks a lot Kai !

I never had a reply about the ability for ecasound to reload dynamicaly an
ecs file, but no worry it was probably a stupid request.
Now this is IMHO a more pertinent request : how about giving an Ecasound
extension like ecasignalview (I use it also) but for the midi parameters ?
It would be awesome for users doing live performence showing dynamically
the midi changes.

for the moment here is a link to my first, not completely finished, song
composed in totality with linux Gentoo, hydrogen, zynaddsubfx,
TerminatorX, Freewheeling (not already synchronized, I don't know how to
do this), my TB303 (not already synchronized, I don't know how to do this)
and the powerful center piece, to mix all the stuff : Ecasound. Recorded
in Live.
