[ecasound] [FYI] new gentoo portage ebuild in progress

Hi Fellows,

since we had that little gentoo idea ( to which I will come back some of
these days ) I saw that gentoo's portage tree only covered
ecasound 2.3.3 until now. I took the liberty of submitting a new ebuild
for 2.3.5.
