Subject: 32 bit, stereo, 96kHz recording

I would like to record at 32 bits, stereo, 96kHz

things like -f:32,2,96000 don't seem to work. I tried recording to .raw
or .wav files and ecasound does not seem to accept either.

Any advice would be appreciated.
