thank you very much!
I changed in my ~/.ecasound/ecasoundrc
midi-device = fluidsynth
I connected in qjackconnect
the ecasound to alsa_pcm
and now
ecasound -a:1 -i monitor.mid -a:2 -i jack,alsa_in -a:all -o jack,alsa_out
is playing midi!
