Oops, sorry, that should be '-z:db,100000' which is the default.
'-z:nodb' disables double buffering as it has always.

It's on my todo-list. Unfortunately I've not been able to any work on
ecasound since the 2.3.0 release. But I'll look at the issue sooner or
later....
