Hi,
I tried my test and all was wonderful--thanks. however I was able to
reproduce the counting problem a little.
ecasound -f:f32_le,1,48000 -i Track_3-1.wav -erc:1,2 -f:s32_le,2,48000 -o
alsa,out -c
next I typed
setpos 235.4
t
This is supposed to start at a specific point. Instead, it starts at
216.27375. While transport is running, setpos 235.4 goes to the correct
location.
To test this theory, I did
a = 235.4 * 48000
? a / 44100
and I got 256.2176870748
so I started again and setpos 256.2176 and it started at the correct
location, 235.4. Once transport was rolling, I could set to whatever I
wanted and could use numbers native to 48000, not convert them to 44100.
the -sr parameter seems to have been deprecated and so I can't work around
this.
