hello Kai,

I just forgot some details:
  1. mlockall and munlockall are implemented now on FreeBSD current.
Sure they will be implemented too in the next release 4.9 in a couple of monthis.
  2. as i said gmake compile quite well but gmake check complain with the
following:
no rule to compile readline-E.0/libreadline.c giving up with an error.
Nothing else at this time.
