Ok, with the latest patches from Janne, I think ecanative.py - or
ecacontrol.py as it is now - is ready for a release... but, but, I'm still
running out of time, so most likely I won't get a new release out
tomorrow. In any case I'll try to put together 2.2.2-pre1 or some such
tarball.
