The handups still occur when I run high scheduling priority. The
2 seconds problem is solved. The reason was the end of the
carrier. Really stupid, I now use a looping ewf!

This would be solved once timidity is JACKed. Anyway I wonder if
there is a quick solution by looping audio from timidity back to
ecasound.
