I've looked at the new users_guide, and noticed it was in latex,
and processed it with hevea.
It seems like it is processable by hevea by removing the following
line only:
%\bodytext{link="#662a00" vlink="#666655" bgcolor="#ffffff"}
and it generates
info document (for emacs addicts) and good-looking html.
