I encountered another bug. I'm trying to snag the guitar riff out of a
portion of an mp3. Ecasound segfaults as the clip concludes,
however. Here is a transcript of the session:

If it helps, this is a mono mp3, but recognized as stereo. Is the
format string representative of the internal conversion only?
