Applies to 2.2.0pre4 (CVS), too.

eca-engine.cpp: (eca-engine) i/o buffers prefilled.
eca-engine.cpp: (eca-engine) prefilling rt-outputs with 7 blocks.
audioio-oss.cpp: (audioio-oss) Audio device "/dev/dsp" started.
Segmentation fault

This also leaves ecasound hanging in background. (can be killed by SIGTERM)
