Subject: [ecasound] CVS-warning; large commit

I'm about to commit the following to CVS:
- changed: rewrite of all user-interface code that's
in the ecasound-x.y.z/ecasound directory
... basicly the old console-mode interface code
(ecasound/eca-test.{cpp,h}) is/was one of the uglies parts of the whole
ecasound codebase. This is partly because of its age. Some of it was
written nearly 5 years ago (!). Luckily my coding style has improved at
least a bit since those days. :)
Anyways, some features of the console interface might not work, but let me
know so I can fix them asap. The '--daemon' switch, although recognized,
just prints a few lines of debug info, but it doesn't do anything else
just yet.
