Hey Atuc,

I had to really wrestle to make ladspa work myself.
For Some Reason (which surely exists but I don't
understand), the ecasound ./configure didn't seem to
believe that I'd really installed the ladspa.h file,
even though I had. (BTW this is Redhat 7.2)

So, I ended up "hacking" the ecasound config.h, and
writing in "#define HAVE_LADSPA_H 1" before
./configure-ing. After that things seem to be working
okay.

Surely Kai can lend a helpful word as to what the heck
my problem was.
