ecasound does not work whith ladspa plugins?

i have compiled the plugins, everything seems to work fine.

this works:
applyplugin -s 3 Laztest2.wav output.wav delay.so delay_5s 3 .5; play
output.wav

.ecasoundrc
ladspa-plugin-directory = /usr/local/lib/ladspa

[alex_AT_localhost alex]$ ll /usr/local/lib/ladspa
insgesamt 156
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 5855 Mai 16 12:32 amp.so*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 108240 Mai 16 12:38 cmt.so*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 5251 Mai 16 12:32 delay.so*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 6483 Mai 16 12:32 filter.so*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 4766 Mai 16 12:32 noise.so*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 11810 Mai 16 12:32 sine.so*

but why do i get this err message? what is wrong?

[alex_AT_localhost alex]$ ecasound -i null -o /dev/dsp -el:sine_fcac,440,1
