I've attached a patch for libecasound/eca-static-object-maps.cpp that
allows oss output under devfs when not running in compatibility mode.
Under devfs, the /dev/dsp devices have been reassigned to /dev/sound/dsp,
but ecasound doesn't recognize this as a valid device, throwing the
following error:

ERROR: [ECA-CHAINSETUP] : "Format of output /dev/sound/dsp not recognized."
This patch allows both /dev/dsp and /dev/sound/dsp to be used for output.
Is this acceptable?
(I checked the mailing list archives and didn't see anything mentioned
about this before.)
